You see pictures of trust, and courage. Making sure when having friends you're able to have mutual trust is very important.

Then you see pictures of dividing and planning the workload, making sure you work as a team and involve everyone if key to succes.

I find delegating one my strong points.

Also not a single idea or plan is too hard to do, reach for the stars and if it's not a succes, then you have at least tried and learnt a lot out of it.
