The mentorship project started off in the introduction week on the 21 September. I was surprised we had mentors in our first year, I didn’t know what to expect from this project. But during the activities we did together I realized what an important role they played. They gave us tips and tricks to get through our first year of IBM. I wouldn’t say it was necessary to complete my first year. But it did help me. Having someone to show you how he made his portfolio, getting help making a good resume or having someone to ask questions to is a great aid during your studies.
